About the blog

Discover Digital Law (DDL) is a blog written by a practicing lawyer enthusiast of modern innovations. It’s intended to guide the users through the EU law of the Internet and new technologies in an easy and, hopefully, fun way. The mission of this blog is to explain often confusing European regulations to the participants of the digital world in a way that is understandable and accessible for everyone. For that purpose, DDL contains a great number of free content written with passion that fills the gap between the users of the modern technologies and legal profession.

About me

I’m a practicing lawyer specializing in contracts and intellectual property, passionate about new technologies. After my graduation from Faculty of Law, the Jagiellonian University of Cracow in 2015, I moved to Milan where I started to work with an important boutique law firm, founded by a family of professors well known in IP law, private law and bankruptcy law practice areas. The practical international experience I’ve gained and my passion drove me to start this blog.
